The commonly used single-bucket loaders are classified according to engine power, transmission form, traveling system structure and loading mode. Below, xiaobian to popularize relevant knowledge:
1. Engine power: (1) small loader with power less than 74kw. (2) the power in 74 ~ 147kw for medium loader. (3) the power in 147 ~ 515kw for large loader. (4) the power is larger than 515kw for extra-large loader
2, transmission form: (1) hydraulic - mechanical transmission, impact vibration is small, transmission parts long life, easy to operate, speed and external load can be automatically adjusted, generally used in large and medium loaders; (2) hydraulic transmission: stepless speed regulation, easy to control, but the start is poor, generally only used in small loaders; (3) power transmission: stepless speed regulation, reliable work, simple maintenance, higher costs, generally used in large loaders.
3, walking structure: (1) wheel type: light weight, fast speed, flexible mobility, high efficiency, not easy to damage the road surface, grounding than pressure, poor passability, but is widely used; (2) caterpillar: ground pressure is small, good through, low center of gravity, good stability, strong adhesion, traction, specific cutting force, low speed, relatively poor flexibility, high cost, easy to damage the road when walking.
4. Loading and unloading mode: (1) front unloading mode: simple structure, reliable work, good vision, suitable for all kinds of work sites, wide application; (2) rotary type: the working device is installed on the rotary table which can rotate 360°, the side unloading does not need to turn, the operation efficiency is high, but the structure is complex, the quality is large, the cost is high, the side stability is poor, suitable for the smaller site. (3) after unloading: front-end loading, back-end unloading, high efficiency, operation safety is not good.
